Thank you for subscribing to Cloud Desktop Pro.

Upon successful sign-up, you will receive an activation e-mail containing your login details.

To access your cloud desktop, head to the client area here. Under Cloud Desktop Pro, click on "View Details".

  • After successful activation, the default state of your cloud desktop is stopped. You will need to start your cloud desktop using the control panel in the client area.
  • Please ensure your credit balance is at least SGD $1.00 to start your cloud desktop. If not, kindly proceed to add funds.
  • Click on the Power button and choose your desired GPU to start your cloud desktop. Wait for the Power button status to turn green.
  • For first time connection, please do the following.
    • Go to https://moonlight-stream.org/ , on the top menu bar, look for "Client Downloads", choose your Operating System and install the Moonlight application.
    • Return to the client area, in the control panel, click on the "Connect" button.
    • You will be presented with an IP address, click on Copy.
    • Launch the Moonlight application, click on "Add PC manually". It is an icon with a + sign.
    • Paste the copied IP address and click Ok.
    • You will see the cloud desktop added in the main screen but it is locked (there is a padlock icon).
    • Click on the cloud desktop and a pin number will be generated.
    • Return to the control panel, enter the pin number provided above and click on Submit.
    • Your cloud desktop will be unlocked (padlock icon will disappear) in Moonlight application.
    • Proceed to connect and launch your cloud desktop.
  • For subsequent connections, just launch the Moonlight application and connect to your cloud desktop.
  • Please be reminded to shut down your cloud desktop when you are done using it, to prevent unintended hourly GPU charges and draining your credit balance. We do not offer refunds for accidental or unintended usage. You may shut down through Windows or click on the "Stop" button in the control panel.
  • If your cloud desktop is unresponsive or unable to connect to, you may try clicking on the "Restart" button in the control panel.
  • If you wish to reset your cloud desktop back to defaults, you may click on the "Reformat" button in the control panel. Please be reminded that this will wipe all of your data. Please wait for the reformat to complete at 100% before starting your cloud desktop again to ensure Windows is properly reinstalled.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or credits in your wallet. If you are facing an issue, please raise a ticket and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
  2. The GPU hourly charge is deducted from your credit balance at the start of the hour, not at the end of the hour.
  3. If your credit balance is sufficient, the system will automatically deduct the GPU hourly rate as long as your cloud desktop is running.
  4. Once the GPU hourly charge is applied, it will only last for the next 60 minutes and there is no carry forward of unused minutes. For example, you started using a GPU at 3:00PM, the system will deduct the hourly rate. After 15 minutes, you have stopped the cloud desktop at 3:15PM. When you wish to start the cloud desktop later at 6:00PM, you will need to be charged the GPU hourly rate again. There will be no refund of credits for the unused GPU between 3:15PM to 4:00PM. 
  5. If you change GPU before the 1 hour interval is up, you will be charged the new GPU hourly rate again. For example, at 9:00PM you started a RTX3060 GPU and the system will deduct the hourly rate for RTX3060 GPU. At 9:30PM, if you decide to change to RTX3070 GPU, the system will again deduct the hourly rate for RTX3070 GPU. At 9:45PM, if you decide to change back to RTX3060 GPU, the system will again deduct the hourly rate for RTX3060 GPU. There will be no refund of credits for change of GPU.
  6. If your credit balance is lower than SGD $1.00, the system will not allow you to start your cloud desktop. Please add funds to start your cloud desktop.
  7. There will be no negative balance allowed for your account.
  8. If you are running a cloud desktop and the system is unable to deduct the subsequent GPU hourly charge due to low credit balance, your cloud desktop will be stopped automatically. Prior to that, you will also receive a warning e-mail from our system to notify you of low credit balance.
  9. No transfer of credit balance is allowed to other accounts.
  10. Upon closure of account or stopping of service, please use all of your credit balance. We do not offer refunds for unused credit balance.
  11. We do not offer refunds for accidental or unintended usage.
  12. We do not offer refunds for high latency. Latency is a result of your network quality and physical distance to Singapore. Please contact our support and we will help to find out the root cause.
  13. All prices shown on our website is in Singapore dollars. We only accept payment in Singapore dollars.
  14. If your cloud desktop appears blurry on Moonlight client app, go to Settings (gear icon on top right) and change the resolution to 1080p and 60fps as circled below.

15. If you encounter an error called "Host returned error: Failed to initialize video capture/encoding..." from Moonlight when connecting, this is usually due to drivers are still installing in the background after a change of GPU.

Please wait for 5 minutes before connecting again. If it takes longer than 10 minutes please raise a ticket and contact our support.

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X - Toggle between full-screen and windowed mode

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S - Open performance stats overlay (not supported on Steam Link or Raspberry Pi)

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Q - Quit the streaming session (please shut down Windows or stop your cloud desktop if you don't intend to continue using)

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Z - Toggle mouse and keyboard capture
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M - Toggle mouse mode (pointer capture or direct control)
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V - Type clipboard text on the host
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D - Minimize the stream window
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C - Toggle local cursor display in remote desktop mouse mode (remote cursor will always show up due to GameStream limitations)
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L - Toggle locking the mouse pointer to the video area (requires "Optimize mouse for remote desktop instead of games" checkbox enabled)
